Products and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Products may be withdrawn or become unavailable without notice.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any applicable amounts are shown during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may cancel or decline an order where a product is unavailable, listing information contains a clear error, payment cannot be authorised or fraud is suspected. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund.

Delivery

Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Returns and consumer rights

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CozyNest is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. This does not limit liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
