Shipping and delivery

Delivery destinations, available services and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Order processing

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. We will send a further notification when the order has been dispatched. Orders cannot always be changed or cancelled after processing begins.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or supplied by a carrier is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Delays can occur because of carrier operations, weather, public holidays, peak periods or address issues.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your delivery service, the tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation.

Delivery details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has been processed.
